可有注意到娘惹椰漿飯上有一部份參雜藍色的飯粒?其實該顔色是萃取自靛藍花 (又稱碟豆花) 乃一天然色素 (不是發霉了~ 哈哈哈),很多傳統娘惹糕點和餐點特愛加入其藍色的花汁,主要是喜歡其香味和賞心悦目的顔色
