進入餐廳,首先映入眼帘簾的是店內很特别的印度風裝潢,還有很多掛飾和壁畵。耳邊一直回蘯着美妙但又听不懂的印度歌曲旋律,古色古香的環境在昏暗的燈光配合下,充滿了異國情調

餐廳內被分割成多個不同設計的區塊,分别代表印度不同的地區,説是店家想向前來的賓客展示印度不同的面貌

點餐不是我的强項 (所以約我吃飯最好是不要問我想吃什麽~ 呵!) 在外聚餐一般上完全交給友人决定 (或侍者推薦) ... 恐怕能做到這一點的也只有懂我的人才敢替我出主意,但我并不難伺候就是了 :P
侍者給我們送來了餐前零食~ 帶香料的簿脆餅 (Papadum),并附有微辣帶薄荷味和酸酸甜甜茄汁味的兩款醬料

Rogan Josh (咖喱燉羊肉) —— 將無骨的羊肉塊以 16 種香料燜煮而成,羊肉口感鮮嫩有彈性且味道濃香
Palak Paneer (菠菜奶酪湯) —— 將菠菜打成汁,和奶酪一起翻炒,奶香濃郁,入口潤滑
