師傅在一旁指導我們; 首先,在手上拍些糕粉防粘,然後將冰皮放在手心壓扁,接着放上餡球,再用冰皮將餡球包起來。然後把包好的冰皮面團置入潵上些許糕粉的模具,按壓月餅模,月餅就出來了
