可自行進入客廳位置的 “飯堂”,室内還設有空調,太舒服了!中午食客一般不多 (這時間段主要是熟客上門),老闆主要做晚市生意,更會擺放多幾張桌椅到露天的後巷子裡。
友人説老闆的脾氣不好,很多網評都説老闆很 “串” (囂張),但我們探訪當天老闆的態度很 OK,閒下來時還和我們/ 其他食客有説有笑... 或許,中飯時段清閒,突發狀况少,所以心情好~

過足了嘴癮後,倘若擔心上火,老闆説將礦泉水 (必須是未經煮沸的水) 倒入榴櫣壳的兜裡,再沿着白色的肉壳 (白瓤) 飮用兜裡的水可即消火氣; 但若反方向,以緑壳邊緣喝則無效... 另外,食用榴櫣後,手上的臭味可利用吃剩的榴櫣壳,沿著白瓤冲水洗手亦可即消除氣味。問老闆這是什麽原理?對方只説這是老一軰承傳下來的秘方。
上網查看,還真找到不少以榴櫣壳煲湯的 食譜。但都找不到和秘方相關的解説... 有誰能告訴我為什麽吖?
